It was a wonderful stay, property was grand and located on main road, ample space for parking, special thanks to Mr pradeep, mr Sandeep for their assistance, will definitely visit again, thanks ?

Landscape was beautiful

Rooms are very old and need repairs / upgrades to a modern style, it’s like an old club room. Management should renovate

The property is nice however the food is bad and over expensive, also the people are not humanitarian, irrespective highlighting in advance that I'm traveling with parents who are not physically fit still they gave a room where multiple stairs are there. Also highlighting again the food is really bad, people should avoid apart from taking bottled water from there.

It was a nice location to be in surrounded by greenery, plants and trees. Spacious parking, supportive staff, food quantity is more than usually we get in other hotels

Its way too old property 32 years old to be exact, furniture were broken, dirty room, fridge leg was damaged and dysfunctional ,in other room there wasn't any, no golf cart to take the luggage and visitors , toilet flush was leaking heavily once we press, food wasn't good but quantity was more than enough for two, I ordered chicken boneless and I found two bones in undercooked chicken, chairs and table in the balcony were way to dirty and old, reception guy sandeep or pradeep fake promises to discount the food bill but it wasn't. It was a pathetic stay, very few food options specially veg, there is no chana rajma etc.

Exceptional personalised attention by all the staff.Special mention of the property manager Suraj Thapa, who not only made our stay comfortable, but he went out of his way to guide and assist us in smallest of issues. Special mention is also deserved for restaurant service staff Harish, who with his colleagues made us savour their choicest delicacies. Housekeeping staff, too, were most prompt.Will recommend to all family travellers. Thanks to Comfort Inn for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast was a let down. The staff was very polite but the selection and quality was sub-par, comparable to a budget hotel, not befitting Country Inn brand.

Nothing, everything was outdated, property doesn’t belongs to Carlson, however, they charge the same as per Carlson status

Beds were broken Taps were broken Gardens were not maintained properly Complimentary water bottles are also not being provided Breakfast is very limited with 4-5 major items Rooms are having humid smell AC are outdated without remotes Bathroom geyser are not working properly Staffs are also aware about the same and they have admitted that they have requested the same to the owner but owner is not interested in ratifying the issues Not value for money and not recommendable

The location of the property is excellent and the flora and fauna within the property premises is awesome.One can also enjoy the organic fruits like plum, grapes, pears etc grown inside the premises which is for free The staff especially the kitchen staff and reception staff are very friendly and courteous, I wanted to name everyone however would like to start with Mr Suraj and Mr Kheem who took very good care of us. Thank you all

Need some more maintenance and cleaning especially since this is a nature resort and experiences tropical weather conditions

The property is big with open spaces, nice pool, well maintained gardens.

The rooms are too outdated and the property needs a complete overhaul. The food was good but too less a variety.The staff was courteous and helpful.

The staff were extremely polite and always replied with a smile. Mr Suraj was very helpful and available to answer all queries. Lovely place to stay with family
